Quercetin-Ascorbate powder is a powerful flavonoid and antioxidant blend. Quercetin is one of several flavonoids that have effects on mast cells and basophils. Vitamin C helps support immune function and helps balance inflammatory responses.*

Frequently used during allergy season with benefit.  Or used to stabilize mast cells found to be more effective than cromolyn sodium. Also quercetin how been shown to reduce tryptase and IL-6.

Quercertin can also act as a Zinc ionophore meaning it helps zinc move into the cell. Once in the cell zinc can interrupt replicase the enzyme that is responsible for virus replication and spread in the body. We have seen zinc ionophores block coronavirus replication is cell lines. We do not have human data on this to date and we do not know if this will be helpful to people.
