The evidence-based formula is backed by more than 30 years of research into the health benefits of MK4, vitamin D3, and calcium. MK4 is the most-studied form of vitamin K2 for bone health. MK4 activates genes that promote the creation of osteoblasts, reduces RANKL activity, which is associated with improved bone health, activates genes involved in bone collagen formation, enhances the ability of vitamin D to add minerals to bone, promotes healthy bone stem cell production, supports healthy bone density, and maintains bone strength.
